Sidney "Pops" Bechet With Noble Sissle's Swingsters - Decca 2129 & Brunswick 02702 (1938)

Because of this recent acquisition, I searched out and bought Sidney Bechet's 1937-1938 Chronological Classics cd last night.

I really like that Side-A!

Sidney Bechet ss, cl / Clarence Brereton t / Gil White ts / Jimmy Miller g / Harry Brooks p / Jimmy Jones sb / O'Neil Spencer d.

Recorded in New York on February 10, 1938.

Just got this one after trading the above record away almost immediately after finding it a while back. The label information on this UK release was blacked out and, also, notice the difference in the title on one side.
